2. Service Guarantee & Usage
smmbd100.com guarantees to deliver the quantity ordered, but we do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your content.
You must ensure that your social media account is set to "Public" before ordering. Private accounts will not receive followers/likes and are not eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for any account suspensions or content deletions performed by social media platforms. You use our services at your own risk.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be made to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, PayPal, etc.). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
You must use your balance on orders within smmbd100.com.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. Doing so may result in your account being terminated.
Orders placed by mistake or for private accounts will not qualify for a refund.
